St. Joseph’s Foundation provides a range of services and supports for children and adults with disabilities. St. Joseph’s Foundation is the lead agency for the two North Cork Children disability Network teams. St. Joseph’s Foundation provides services and supports to adults, and their families, in the North Cork & South Limerick areas (CHO3 & CHO4), who are referred to the service, or are graduating from school services to adult services.
