GCN (Gay Community News) is Ireland’s free national LGBTQ+ media since 1988 and the trading name of the National LGBT Federation a registered charity (Charity number: 20034580). For over three decades, GCN has been Ireland’s LGBTQ+ paper of record and a vital resource to inform, educate, platform and connect the community, and advocate for a more equal society. GCN acts as a hub for other LGBTQ+ community and support groups across Ireland, giving them a platform to highlight their work and to inform the community of events, initiatives and services available. We also focus on celebrating LGBTQ+ culture and spotlighting emerging creatives and talent within the community.
