HUGG is a national suicide bereavement charity. We provide information, signposting to services, research into suicide bereavement and suicide bereavement support groups around the country. Every support group is run by trained volunteers who have each lost loved ones to suicide. This is called lived experience. Every group offers a safe, confidential environment in which those bereaved by suicide can share their experiences and feelings, giving and gaining support from each other. The aftermath of a suicide is shocking, debilitating, surreal and life-changing. But you can learn to live with this loss. It is not easy, but there is hope.
