(Closed)Brandon Bay Run 2025

Story

his is a half marathon, 10k & 5k event which is run entirely on the golden sandy beach that stretches around Brandon Bay in the Kingdom of Kerry - all the way from Fahamore in the Maharees, to Fermoyle point under Mt Brandon itself. The event starts and finishes at Fahamore in the Maharees and competitors doing the half marathon effectively run from one point of the 7 mile beach to the other and back on an 'out and back' course (Fahamore - Fermoyle - Fahamore). The event is being organised and run by Castlegregory Celtic F.C. and is a non-profit event. It is Ireland's original running event ENTIRELY run on the beach!! What a challenge!
