This year's ARC 5k 10k takes place in the Phoenix Park (Furze Road) on Bank Holiday Monday, May 2nd at 10 am. ARC provides psychological, emotional, educational support and complementary therapy services to men and women affected by cancer. Whether someone has recently been diagnosed with cancer, is in recovery, or is a family member or friend of someone with cancer, ARC offers a warm and caring environment to nurture the individual, relieve their stress and anxiety, and encourage healing. All our services are free of charge.
