Cork Sports Partnership and Irish Athletics Boxing Association (IABA) have teamed up to roll out a Startbox At Home Programme for families in the Northside of Cork City this August. The aim of the programme is to introduce children to the Sport of Boxing through interactive online boxing and skipping sessions. In return for full commitment to the programme, each family will receive access to a 4 Week Interactive Programme and Resource Pack.
Programme Details:
- Overview: The Startbox At Home Programme programme consists of 17 interactive sessions including 11 IABA boxing specific videos and 12 skipping 'exercise with me' tutorial videos which will be sent to each participating family via email and whatsapp broadcast each week.
- Format: 4 Week Programme. Session 1 will be circulated via email and whatsapp broadcast on Thurs, 13th Aug at 10am. Your weeks session plan will be circulated each Monday at 10am
- Collection Venues & Pick Up dates:
- 6th & 7th August, Cork City Partnership, Churchfield Outreach Office, The Parochial Hall, Knockfree Avenue, Cork
- 12th & 13th August, Cork City Partnership, The Glen Outreach Office, No.6 Imaal Court, The Glen, Cork
