Introduction to Open Water Swimming Sunday Workshops May 2022


This workshop is ideal for existing open water swimmers who want to improve swimming and breathing technique.


Event Description:

This workshop is ideal for existing swimmers who want to improve swimming and breathing technique, learn more about positioning in the water as well as learning all about safety in the water and considerations for different conditions.

If you can already Swim but want to develop your skills further please book this workshop.

The workshop is for over 18s only and is open to all levels and abilities but participants must be able to swim.

Please select only one workshop, it is strictly 1 workshop per participant as content is the same across all workshops and we want to ensure this is available to as many people as possible. Please also note, if you attend a workshop in October 2021 the information on these workshops will be the same and you are not required to attend again and instead we recommend you book a place on a programme.

  • Laytown Workshop 5: Sunday 22nd May 4:45-5:30pm
  • Laytown Workshop 6: Sunday 22nd May 5:30-6:15pm
