Project weightloss is a 12 week programme with the goal that you will be fitter, healthier, & have reduced your BMI.
Project Weightloss (PWL) is a 12 week exercise intervention programme targeted at overweight and inactive individuals. Sessions are run twice a week in your local Project Weightloss Centre comprising of a wide range of exercise activities and a participant manual that will help you record your activity and track your progress.
Sessions are twice weekly but participants are encouraged to attend as many as they can over the 12 weeks!
You will know what type of exercise you enjoy & what works for you. Our wish is that you will be able to continue the exercise as part of you daily routine.
