As part of Europenan Week of Sport, Meath LSP are delighted to offer a Pilates class for women of all ages (18+). This is a great way to improve your flexibility, balance and core strength, and can be particularly effective if you suffer from back pain. Pilates is a great way to improve flexibility, and core strength. It’s a challenging low-impact form of exercise and can improve posture and stability.

This class is free of charge and is taking place in Eureka House, Kells on Thursday 30th September at 11am.

Please bring a yoga mat and bottle of water. Social distancing rules will apply – places are strictly limited.

As part of Meath LSP’s response plan to the Covid 19 Coronavirus and reducing the infection spread, participants will asked to adhere to 2m distancing, use of hand sanitizer before and after the event and the completion of a Covid Self Declaration 24 hours prior to the start (form will be sent via email/text).
