Table Tennis @ Home with Cork SportsAbility

Cork Sports Partnership, Table Tennis Ireland and Munster Table Tennis have teamed up to roll out Table Tennis At Home Skills Programme for families of all abilities across Cork!

The aim of the programme is to introduce families to the Sport of Table Tennis through interactive online skills sessions and live classes.  This programme will support families of children with additional needs and will provide ongoing support to families if adaptations or modifications are needed to ensure all the family can enjoy table tennis. 

In return for full commitment to the programme, each family will receive access to a 4 Week Interactive Programme and play at home resource pack.

Table Tennis At Home Programme Details:

• Suitable for all age groups and ability levels
• 4 week written training plan with techniques and exercises, supported by weekly pre-record video sessions 
• Table Tennis at Home pack which will include a net, 2 bats and 3 balls
• Cork Sports Partnership are also delighted to include live club led table tennis sessions with an experienced coach.This will take place over zoom every Thursday evening for 4 weeks in May. Registered participants will be emailed a weekly zoom link.

• Cost: €5 per family 
• Please note: Max 1 pack per family | Any number of children can participate and all ability levels welcome!

• What next? Following the confirmation of your booking you will be posted your family's resource pack with online access to the interactive sessions
