This online course provides a series of supports for people for the new year under our WellComm active Initiative and in line with our Keeping Cork Active-Keep Well Campaign.

The course provides a series of introductory sessions across the following areas:

  • Healthy Eating for families and individuals
  • Getting into an exercise routine and how to plan
  • Getting active, covering elements of fitness for all
  • Play for families 
  • Active Living for Older Adults
  • Minding your mental health & wellbeing
Modules & Dates:
  1. Building your Physical Activity Routine- Tuesday January 19th 
  2. Minding your Mental Health and Wellbeing- Thursday January 21st
  3. Active Living- Keeping Active as we get Older- Tuesday January 26th
  4. Improving Fitness for All- Thursday January 28th
  5. Healthy Food Made Easy-Healthy Eating for all the Family- Tuesday February 2nd
  6. Active Play- Importance of Play for Children and Parents- Thursday February 4th
