We’re excited to invite your club representatives to a series of three engaging and interactive 2-hour online workshops, all designed to support you in recruiting, recognising, and retaining your volunteers. These sessions will be delivered via Zoom and will include breakout rooms, open discussions, and the opportunity to share best practices with other clubs facing similar challenges and successes.

Each workshop will be facilitative and solution-focused, helping you develop practical strategies while connecting with others across the athletics community.
