Join us for a relaxing Online Yoga Class designed to help you unwind, stretch, and improve your overall wellbeing. This session is suitable for all levels, whether you are completely new to yoga or already have experience with regular practice.
During the class, you will be guided through gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and mindful movements that can help improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Practicing yoga regularly can also support better posture, reduce stress, and promote a sense of calm after a busy day.
