Abseil for Down Syndrome Limerick

Are you brave enough to abseil down the iconic King John's Castle in the heart of Limerick city while doing so for a worthy cause? Why not challenge yourself and enjoy unique panoramic sights of the Treaty City and the River Shannon. Join us on this thrilling day as the Tour de Munster rolls into Limerick. Thrilling atmosphere and celebrations guaranteed on the day and most importantly a wow sense of achievement in taking the leap (30 metres!) and raising much needed funds for Down Syndrome Limerick - a local charity that supports children and adults with Down syndrome.

We will be in contact to allocate you a specific abseil time but you are welcome to come earlier and stay later than your time!  All slots are from 13:30 so please ensure you are available that afternoon before signing up. 

Register for the event and your fundraising page will be automatically set up for you. A minimum of €250 must be fundraised by each participant.
